    (Warranty applies only to new parts sold by and installed by Europa Auto. Warranty excludes rebuilt and used parts (warranty as offered by supplier). Normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty. Warranty does not cover physical damage, accident damage, or damage caused by failure of other parts. Warranty does not apply to over the counter parts sales. Over the counter sales are covered by manufacturer warranty.
  • Only OEM parts used to ensure proper fit and high quality. Aftermarket parts available upon request. Aftermarket part warranty through manufacturer only. Labor warranty does not apply to aftermarket parts.
  • Free initial checkouts. Does not apply to parts removal or computer or electrical diagnostics.
  • Default checkout time is 1 hour. 1 1/2 hours maximum for electrical troubleshooting. Common diagnostics problems free or 1/2 hour. (Applies to vehicles 1998 and later)
  • All aftermarket warranty work is welcome.
  • Visual inspection performed with every service.
  • Normal total savings between 30-50% from local Mercedes, BMW, and Audi dealers.

Flex A service includes: Oil and filter change using high quality fleece filter and Mobil1 5w40 fully synthetic motor oil. Check battery with Midtronics tester. Inspect tires and fill to correct level. Inspect brake pads and rotors. Check ball joints, suspension bushings, and flex discs. Inspect car for leaks. Check all bulbs and replace as needed (Headlamp and fog light bulbs extra cost). Check all fluid levels and fill to correct levels as needed. Use tester for Mercedes benz reset service interval indicator light.

BMW inspection 2 service includes: Oil and filter change using high quality fleece filter and Mobil1 5w40 fully synthetic motor oil. Replace microfilter. Check battery with Midtronics tester. Full vehicle function test and inspection including engine, undercarriage, brakes, lights, HVAC system, throttle linkage. Replace air filter. Inspect tires and fill to correct level. Inspect brake pads and rotors. Check ball joints, suspension bushings, and flex discs. Inspect car for leaks. Check all bulbs and replace as needed (Bulbs extra cost).
